Tiger Crown Pullman Bread Loaf Pan with Lid 1.5 Kin 2396

This lidded Pullman loaf pan from Tiger Crown is sized for a 1.5 kin loaf of Japanese square sandwich bread. It is made from thick steel sheet that conducts heat well, so bread bakes evenly and rises soft and fluffy.

The lid slides on, which makes it easy to close, and it will not lift off during baking. Bake without the lid to make a classic round-top loaf.

The pan holds about 2.5 L (2.6 qt) and weighs about 795 g (28 oz / 1.75 lb). Made in Japan.
