Tiger Crown Pullman Loaf Pan with Lid 60x250mm 2404

This loaf pan comes with a sliding lid for baking bread. It is made from a thick steel plate that conducts heat evenly, so the loaf bakes through without dense or uneven spots.

The lid slides into place rather than resting loosely on top, so it will not lift or come off during baking. Leave the lid off and the same pan will bake a loaf with a rounded, peaked top instead of the usual flat-topped shape.

The pan measures 25.1 x 6.1 x 6 cm (9.9 x 2.4 x 2.4 in) and holds about 800 ml (27.1 fl oz). It is made in Japan.
