Wadasuke Stainless Steel Mini Saucepan with Brass Handle 12cm 2531-0120

This mini saucepan is a small scale version of the commercial cookware made by Wadasuke, a Japanese maker founded in 1923 that has built a name for simple, durable metal kitchenware. The 12 cm size holds about 530 ml (17.9 fl oz), small enough to handle easily while still working like a full size saucepan.

We find this size handy for melting butter or making a modest batch of sauce, and it can go straight from the stove to the table for serving. The body is made of stainless steel, so it resists rust and holds up well to scratches and everyday use over time.

It measures about 25.3 x 15 x 8.4 cm (10 x 5.9 x 3.3 in) with the brass handle attached and weighs about 410 g (14.5 oz). It is made in Japan.
