Yoshikawa Butter Cutter Case 200/450g SJ2088

This butter cutter lets you slice butter into uniform portions of about 5 g (0.2 oz) by placing a block on the wire plate and pressing the lid down. The pre-measured slices make it easy to portion butter for bread machine recipes and other baking.

Once the butter is sliced, the same lid closes for storage, so the cutter can go straight into the refrigerator. The lid is made of polyethylene rated from -30°C to 80°C.

Made in Japan, it measures about 16.5 x 10.2 x 9.5 cm (6.5 x 4 x 3.7 in) and weighs about 218 g (7.7 oz).
