Yoshikawa Butter Cutter with Case SJ3323

This butter cutter lets you slice butter into uniform portions of about 5 g (0.2 oz) by placing a block on the wire plate and pressing the lid down.

Once the butter is sliced, the same lid closes for storage, so the cutter can go straight into the refrigerator, and it comes with a case. The lid is made of polyethylene rated from -30°C to 80°C.

Made in Japan, it measures about 11.5 x 11.5 x 9.3 cm (4.5 x 4.5 x 3.7 in) and weighs about 220 g (7.8 oz).
