Yoshikawa Butter Cutter with Seal Lid SJ3324

This butter cutter lets you slice butter into uniform portions of about 5 g (0.2 oz) by placing a block on the wire plate and pressing the lid down. It comes with two dedicated wire cutter plates, one sized for large 450 g (15.9 oz) butter blocks and one for smaller 200 g (7.1 oz) household-size blocks.

Once the butter is sliced, the same lid closes with a seal for storage, so the cutter can go straight into the refrigerator. The lid is made of polyethylene rated from -30°C to 80°C.

Made in Japan, it measures about 17.8 x 11.2 x 10.8 cm (7 x 4.4 x 4.3 in) and weighs about 320 g (11.3 oz).
