Yoshikawa Horizontal Slicer SJ3281

Bread fresh out of a home bakery machine is soft and can be hard to slice evenly by hand. This horizontal bread slicer, part of Yoshikawa's Home Bakery Club line, holds the loaf steady so you can cut it cleanly.

It is designed to cut anything from thin sandwich slices to thick cuts with stable, even results. The base, safety guard and thickness adjustment plate are made of ABS resin, heat resistant up to 80°C and cold resistant down to minus 30°C. It measures 23.5 x 16 x 7 cm (9.3 x 6.3 x 2.8 in) and weighs 375 g (13.2 oz). Made in Japan.
