This deep frying pan is part of the Cast Varius series and uses a detachable handle system built on a cast aluminum composite Trident structure for a stable, secure fit. The 22 cm (8.7 in) pan is made for gas stovetops only.
Its interior uses fluororesin non-stick coating, with ceramic spherical particles blended in to reduce surface wear and improve the coating's durability. The pan measures about 23.1 x 23.1 x 7.1 cm (9.1 x 9.1 x 2.8 in), with a 4.0 mm (0.2 in) thick bottom and a 71 mm (2.8 in) wall height. The handle is sold separately and is not included.
