The Cast Varius series from Hokuriku Aluminum is a 3-piece frying pan set with a detachable handle, built using Japan's first Trident structure, a composite design made possible by aluminum cast construction for a stable, secure fit.
The interior uses Daikin's Silkware EZ, its top coating grade, with a special blend of spherical ceramic particles that reduces surface wear and improves the coating's durability and nonstick performance. The set includes a 20 cm (7.9 in) pan with a 4.0 mm (0.2 in) bottom thickness and 54 mm (2.1 in) height, and a 26 cm (10.2 in) pan with a 3.0 mm (0.1 in) bottom thickness and 62 mm (2.4 in) height. Overall pan dimensions are approximately 27 x 19 x 6 cm (10.6 x 7.5 x 2.4 in). Made in Japan.
