Takehara Seikan Waraku-tei Aya IH Frying Pan 26cm PM-726

The Takehara Seikan Waraku-tei Ken PM-726 is a 26 cm (10.2 in) induction (IH) frying pan made using pan-tech forming developed at a factory in Osaka. A magnetic stainless steel plate on the bottom has raised sections that speed up electromagnetic heat transfer so the pan heats quickly on an induction cooktop.

Using a metal-spinning technique, the pan's sides are shaped thin while the bottom is kept thick, keeping the pan light while still sturdy. The handle has an indentation shaped to fit the hand, making it easier to hold and grip securely.

The pan has an aluminum alloy body with a fluorine resin coated interior, a heat-resistant painted exterior, a stainless steel bottom, and a phenolic resin handle with a silicone rubber coating. It measures 48 x 27.7 x 10.5 cm (18.9 x 10.9 x 4.1 in) and weighs 655 g (23.1 oz / 1.44 lb).
