Takehara Seikan Waraku-tei Aya Induction Deep Frying Pan 28cm PM-778

This deep frying pan from Takehara Seikan is made using a processing technique developed at a factory in Osaka. A magnetic stainless steel plate on the bottom lets the induction field transfer heat quickly.

Using a metal spinning technique, the side walls are made thin while the base is kept thick, giving the pan a balance of light weight and durability. The handle has a contoured indent that fits the hand for a comfortable, secure grip.

The pan has an aluminum alloy body, a non-stick fluorine resin coating inside, a heat resistant coating outside, a stainless steel bottom, and a phenolic resin handle with a silicone coating. It is designed for induction (IH) cooktops and measures about 48.8 x 30.8 x 15.5 cm (19.2 x 12.1 x 6.1 in). Made in Japan.
