Wahei Freiz Chitose Iron Deep Fryer Pot with Tongs 24cm CS-040

This frying pot (24 cm / 9.4 in, about 2.7 L / 2.9 qt) has an iron body with a silicone resin coating and comes with a pair of tongs made of stainless steel and nylon.

Iron cookware improves with use, as oil soaks into the surface over time so food sticks less the more you cook with it. With proper care, it can last for many years and become a tool you reach for again and again. The pot body is designed a little deeper than usual so ingredients do not spill out while frying.
