Wahei Freiz Kararizu IH Deep Tempura Pot 22cm RB-4016

This tempura pot is made of iron, which holds heat well and conducts it evenly, so the oil temperature stays steady once food is added, helping fried food turn out crisp. Its extra depth lets food sit fully submerged in the oil and helps reduce splatter.

It comes with a chrome-plated draining rack so fried food can drain quickly, and a pour spout makes it easy to transfer used oil afterward, which simplifies cleanup. The recommended oil amount is about 1,130 g (39.9 oz / 2.49 lb). It is induction (IH) compatible.

The pot measures 31 x 23.5 x 11 cm (12.2 x 9.3 x 4.3 in) and weighs 812 g (28.6 oz / 1.79 lb), with a capacity of about 2.8 liters (3 qt).
