The Pocofritto IH Square Deep Fryer Pot from Wahei Freiz is designed for frying with less oil and less cleanup than a standard deep pot. Its compact square shape lets it stand upright next to a frying pan on the stovetop without the two bumping into each other, and a corner spout makes it easy to pour used oil into an oil pot without spilling.
This Regular size has an interior of about 20 x 12 cm (7.9 x 4.7 in), enough room for shrimp or pork cutlets, and holds about 1.9 liters (2 qt) of oil. The pot is made of steel with a silicone resin coating and works on induction (IH) stovetops.
Its square footprint also makes it easy to store compactly, such as in a narrow space under the sink. This listing includes the pot only, without a draining tray.
