The Pocofritto IH Square Deep Fryer Pot from Wahei Freiz is designed for frying with less oil and less cleanup than a standard deep pot. Its compact square shape lets it stand upright next to a frying pan on the stovetop without the two bumping into each other, and a corner spout makes it easy to pour used oil into an oil pot without spilling.
This Wide size is 2 cm (0.8 in) wider than the Regular size, giving a family-size interior of about 20 x 14 cm (7.9 x 5.5 in) that comfortably fits larger pieces of food. It comes with a square tray and a chrome-plated draining rack, so excess oil drains off after frying; the tray can also be used on its own to reheat food in a toaster oven, and flipping it over turns it into a lid for storage.
It holds about 2.2 liters (2.3 qt) of oil. The pot has a silicone resin coating, the tray has a fluororesin coating, and the set works on induction (IH) stovetops.
