The Pocofritto IH Square Deep Fryer Pot from Wahei Freiz is designed for frying with less oil and less cleanup than a standard deep pot. Its compact square shape lets it stand upright next to a frying pan on the stovetop without the two bumping into each other, and a corner spout makes it easy to pour used oil into an oil pot without spilling.
This Regular size comes with a square tray and a chrome-plated draining rack, so excess oil drains off the food after frying. The tray can also be used on its own to reheat food in a toaster oven, and flipping it over turns it into a lid for storage, with the rack tucking underneath.
The interior measures about 20 x 12 cm (7.9 x 4.7 in) and it holds about 1.9 liters (2 qt) of oil. The pot has a silicone resin coating, the tray has a fluororesin coating, and the set works on induction (IH) stovetops.
