Wahei Freiz Tenboan Iron Tempura Pot 22cm Induction Compatible MB-1833

This tempura frying pot is part of the Tenboan line from Wahei Freiz, made in Japan from iron for deep frying. Iron holds heat well, so the oil temperature does not drop as much when food is added, which helps food fry up crisp. A built-in thermometer lets you keep the oil at the right temperature for what you are cooking.

An oil splash guard is included for safer handling of hot oil, and every part can be taken apart for easier cleaning afterward. The pot is induction (IH) compatible.
