Akebono Butter Case with Cutter ST-3005

This butter case cuts butter and stores it. Set a 200 g (7.1 oz) block on the wire, then press down with the lid. It slices the block into thin pieces of about 5 g (0.2 oz) each, and your hands stay clean.

Keep the case in the refrigerator and take out only what you need. The small slices make measuring easy for baking and bread machines. Thin pieces also melt quickly on pancakes.

Please note that the lid is not airtight. Made in Japan by Akebono Sangyo of Tsubame, Niigata.
