Akebono Pound Butter Case with Cutter ST-3009

This butter case is designed for large, commercial-size pound blocks of butter. Place a 450 g (15.9 oz) block on the wire plate and press down firmly with the lid. It cuts the block into pieces of about 10 g (0.4 oz) without getting your hands messy.

The airtight lid closes snugly to help keep the butter fresh. Store the case in the refrigerator and take out only the amount you need. Made in Japan by Akebono Sangyo.
