Shimomura Ajiwai Shokubo Titanium Grater and Julienne Slicer ATO-742

Part of the Ajiwai Shokubo series of kitchen tools, this two-in-one tool grates and cuts julienne strips from daikon radish and carrot. Flip it over to switch between the grating side and the julienne side.

The blade is made of titanium alloy, which resists rust and holds up well against the salt, acid, and alkaline compounds found in many foods. Because the metal has no metallic smell, it will not transfer any odor to the food, so the natural flavor comes through.

It measures 26.7 x 9 x 1.4 cm (10.5 x 3.5 x 0.6 in), weighs 70 g (2.5 oz), and is dishwasher safe.
