Shimomura Ajiwai Shokubo Titanium Grater and Julienne Slicer ATO-743

This grater and julienne slicer is part of Shimomura Kogyo's Ajiwai Shokubo series of kitchen tools designed for everyday cooking. It has two working sides, one for grating and one for julienne cutting, so you can use the same tool to grate or finely shred daikon radish and carrot.

The blade is titanium, which is lightweight and does not rust, while the body is polypropylene. The slicer is 26.7 cm (10.5 in) long and weighs 70 g (2.5 oz). It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
