Shimomura Ajiwai Shokubo Titanium Thick Julienne Slicer Shirishiri ATF-741

This slicer from the Ajiwai Shokubo series is designed for shaving vegetables into fine strips for dishes such as kinpira. It lets you quickly produce shirishiri-style thick julienne cuts of vegetables.

The blade is made of titanium, which is light in weight and resistant to rust, while the body is polypropylene.

The slicer is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
