Shimomura Pro Grade Speed Daikon Radish Grater with Container PG-614

This grater has alternating oval-shaped teeth that catch ingredients efficiently for quick grating with little waste. Grating up and down gives a coarser, crunchy texture, while grating in a circular motion gives a finer, fluffy texture, so you can choose between two textures with the same grater.

Tilting the attached container lets you grate daikon radish with less effort, and drain spouts on both sides of the container let you drain the grated food without spilling it.

The grater is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
