Shimomura Pro Grade Speed Fine Julienne Slicer with Container PG-612

This slicer has ultra-thin blades on both sides, so a back-and-forth push-pull motion cuts food efficiently and quickly. A crank-shaped, square blade cuts the ingredient into fine julienne strips with clean, sharp edges that also improve the texture.

The container is attached, so you can slice straight into it without needing a separate bowl or plate, and tilting the container lets you cut with less effort. The cutting width is about 1.2 mm (0.05 in).

The slicer is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
