Shimomura Pro Grade Speed Thick Julienne Slicer with Container PG-613

This slicer has ultra-thin blades on both sides, so a back-and-forth push-pull motion lets you cut food efficiently and quickly. A crank-shaped, square blade cuts the ingredient into thick julienne strips with clean, sharp edges that also improve the texture. The cutting width is about 5 mm (0.2 in).

The container is attached, so you can slice directly into it without a separate bowl, and tilting the container lets you cut with less effort.

The slicer is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
