Taniguchi Metal IH Compatible Yukihira Pot 24cm

This aluminum yukihira pot from Taniguchi Metal is part of the Wa no Shokunin (Japanese Craftsman) series and is compatible with gas, induction (IH) and other heat sources. This renewed version increases the wall thickness by 20 to 35 percent compared to the previous model, which is intended to give a milder, more even result when cooking.

It measures 41 x 27.5 x 12.5 cm (16.1 x 10.8 x 4.9 in), with a wall thickness of about 2.2 mm (0.1 in), holds up to 3.8 liters (4 qt) when filled to the brim, and weighs 670 g (23.6 oz). It is made in Japan.
