Taniguchi Metal Yukihira Pot IH Compatible 18cm

This yukihira-style pot from Taniguchi Metal is made in Japan from aluminum and is part of the Wa no Shokunin lineup. It has been updated with a wall thickness about 20 to 35 percent greater than the earlier version, at roughly 2.2 mm (0.1 in), for more even cooking.

The pot works on induction (IH) cooktops as well as gas and other heat sources. It measures 34.7 x 20.7 x 11.8 cm (13.7 x 8.1 x 4.6 in), weighs 460 g (16.2 oz), and holds up to 1.8 liters (1.9 qt) when filled to the brim.
