Taniguchi Metal Wa no Shokunin IH Yukihira Pot 22cm

This renewed yukihira pot is made in Japan from aluminum and is compatible with induction (IH) cooktops as well as gas and other heat sources.

Compared to the previous version, the plate thickness has been increased by 20 to 35 percent, which is meant to make cooking turn out milder and more even. The bottom is about 2.2 mm (0.1 in) thick.

It measures 38.8 x 24.8 x 12.3 cm (15.3 x 9.8 x 4.8 in), holds 3.1 L (3.3 qt), and weighs 610 g (21.5 oz).
