Taniguchi Metal Wa no Shokunin IH Yukihira Pot 20cm

This yukihira-style saucepan from Taniguchi Kinzoku is made of aluminum and is part of the Wa no Shokunin lineup, redesigned with a plate thickness increased by about 20 to 35 percent over the previous version, now around 2.2 mm (0.1 in), for more even cooking results.

The pan works on gas, induction (IH), and other heat sources, making it adaptable to different stovetops.

It holds up to 2.4 liters (2.5 qt) and measures 37 x 23 x 11.8 cm (14.6 x 9.1 x 4.6 in). It weighs 520 g (18.3 oz) and is made in Japan.
