Wahei Freiz Enzo Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl 24cm EN-006

This stainless steel bowl is part of the Enzo series from Wahei Freiz, created in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata, by combining the specialties of local factories. Its deep, rounded shape revives an older die found in the factory.

The moderate depth helps prevent splattering while mixing, and the bowl stays steady when you knead with force. It is made of rust-resistant, easy-care 18-8 stainless steel, 0.8 mm (0.03 in) thick. Spin forming keeps the base thick and heavy for stability while thinning the sides to reduce overall weight.

The rolled rim is sturdy, easy to grip and keeps water from getting trapped. The bowl nests with the colander of the same series, which sits slightly raised so water drains away. It measures 19 x 8 cm (7.5 x 3.1 in). Made in Japan.
