Wahei Freiz Enzo Stainless Steel Yukihira Saucepan 18cm with Wood Handle EN-015

This 18 cm (7.1 in) yukihira saucepan is part of enzo, a Wahei Freiz line that combines the skills of factories in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata, a leading center of Japanese kitchenware production.

The pan is made of rust-resistant, durable 18-8 stainless steel. Hammered sides help spread heat efficiently through the whole pan, and measurement markings inside show the water level. Pouring spouts on both sides pour cleanly with little dripping.

The comfortable handle combines natural wood with a stainless steel flat bar. The pan holds about 1.8 L (1.9 qt), weighs about 530 g (18.7 oz / 1.17 lb), and works on gas and induction (IH). Made in Japan.
