Wahei Freiz Enzo Stainless Steel Yukihira Saucepan 20cm with Wood Handle EN-016

This is the 20 cm (7.9 in) yukihira saucepan from the enzo series by Wahei Freiz, a line developed with factories in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata, a region known for kitchenware made with many materials and techniques. The full capacity of this size is about 2.3 L (2.4 qt).

The body is rust-resistant and durable 18-8 stainless steel. The hammered sides help spread heat efficiently through the whole pan, and graduation marks inside show the water level at a glance. Pouring spouts on both the left and right sides pour easily with little dripping.

The handle combines natural beech wood with a stainless steel flat bar in an easy-to-grip shape. The saucepan works on gas and induction (IH) cooktops, and it is made in Japan.
