Akebono Clear Teapot with Clip Mesh LL TW-3755

This clear teapot is made of lightweight, shatterproof copolyester resin (saturated polyester), so it will not break the way glass does. The body is transparent like glass, letting you see how well the tea has brewed, and the spout is shaped to pour cleanly without dripping.

The strainer clips onto the body rather than fitting inside, so it is compact and simple to attach. Its fine mesh resists clogging, and tea leaves can float and unfurl freely inside the pot.

Akebono Sangyo, based in Tsubame, Niigata Prefecture, plans and manufactures plastic kitchenware, including popular microwave cooking tools, with a focus on in-house quality and safety control.

This LL size measures 34 x 32.5 x 23 cm (13.4 x 12.8 x 9.1 in), weighs 218 g (7.7 oz / 0.48 lb), and holds up to 730 ml (24.7 fl oz); the same design is also offered in 280 ml (9.5 fl oz) and 480 ml (16.2 fl oz) sizes.
