Shimomura Pro Grade Julienne Slicer 4mm PG-656

This julienne slicer belongs to Shimomura's Pro Grade series, which pursues the sharpness and function of professional cooking tools while keeping them easy to use at home. It makes crisp, professional style julienne strips.

The ultra thin double edged blade has little resistance, so it cuts with light pressure. The cut width is about 4 mm (0.2 in) for neat, even strips, suited to fresh salads and stir fries.

A holder that guards your hand from the blade is included, letting you slice food down to the end with little waste. Made in Japan.
