Shimomura Pro Grade Quick Mini Julienne Slicer for Garnishes PG-646

This compact slicer from Shimomura Kogyo's Pro Grade line is sized for easy handling and made for fine julienne cuts of citrus peel, ginger, and other garnishes. Ultra-thin blades are set facing both directions, so a back-and-forth push-and-pull motion cuts efficiently with every stroke.

The blade cuts food into a crank, or squared-off, shape, so each julienne strip comes out with clean, sharp edges for a tidy appearance and better texture.

It cuts to a width of about 1.3 mm (0.1 in). The slicer measures 20.5 x 5.5 x 2.1 cm (8.1 x 2.2 x 0.8 in) and weighs 37 g (1.3 oz / 0.08 lb).
