Shimomura Pro Grade Quick Julienne Peeler PG-636

This Pro Grade julienne peeler cuts daikon, carrot and cucumber into fine garnish strips. It is also handy for preparing grated carrot salad. It cuts strips about 1.5 mm (0.1 in) wide.

Each tooth of the comb blade is sharpened by hand, so the blade bites into food easily and cuts with light pressure. One quick pull gives you very fine, evenly sized strips. Adjust the strip length by changing how far you pull the peeler.

The gently curved handle fits the hand for a secure grip. The all-stainless construction resists rust and is easy to keep clean. It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
