Shimomura Pro Grade Kinpira Julienne Peeler PG-638

This julienne peeler from the Shimomura Pro Grade line makes quick work of shredding carrots, burdock root and other vegetables that take time to cut with a knife.

Each tooth of the comb blade is sharpened by hand by skilled craftsmen, so it bites into food well and cuts with light force. A single quick pull produces even strips about 3 mm (0.1 in) wide.

The gently curved handle fits the hand for a secure grip. It is made entirely of rust-resistant stainless steel, easy to keep clean and dishwasher safe. Made in Japan.
