Shimomura Pro Grade Mini Julienne Slicer PG-645

This compact julienne slicer is easy to handle and sized for everyday use on daikon radish, carrots, cucumbers, and similar vegetables.

Ultra-thin blades are set facing both directions, so a back-and-forth push-and-pull motion cuts efficiently and quickly instead of slicing in one direction only. The crank-shaped, angular blade design cuts each strand with crisp, well-defined edges, giving the julienned vegetables a clean look and a pleasant texture. The cutting width is about 2 mm (0.1 in). It is made in Japan.
