Shimomura Pro Grade Quick Julienne Slicer PG-618

This slicer lets you cut crisp, professional-looking julienne strips with light force. Ultra-thin blades on both sides let a back-and-forth push-pull motion cut food efficiently and quickly.

A crank-shaped, square blade cuts the ingredient into julienne strips with sharp, clean edges, which also improves the texture. The cutting width is about 2 mm (0.1 in).

This slicer is made in Japan.
