Shimomura Verdun Black Cutting Knife VB-101

This cutting knife is part of the Verdun Black series, a line of kitchen tools finished in a uniform black for a clean, monotone kitchen look.

The thin blade has a wave-shaped edge that can slice ripe tomatoes thinly, and the curve runs all the way to the tip so cut food does not stick together. The fork-shaped tip also helps lift and serve what you have cut.

It measures 23 x 2.5 x 1.4 cm (9.1 x 1 x 0.6 in) and weighs 26 g (0.9 oz), and it is made in Japan.
