Shimomura Verdun Black Mini Fine Julienne Slicer VB-631

This mini slicer from the Verdun Black series cuts yuzu peel, ginger and similar ingredients into fine julienne strips. The series is finished in a solid black for a clean monochrome kitchen.

Ultra-thin blades face both directions, so a light push and pull slices quickly. The compact size is easy to handle, and the arched handle is comfortable to hold without straining your wrist.

It uses heat-resistant resin and is dishwasher safe for easy care.

It measures 20.5 x 5.5 x 2.1 cm (8.1 x 2.2 x 0.8 in) and weighs 37 g (1.3 oz / 0.08 lb). Made in Japan.
