Shimomura Verdun Black Mini Julienne Slicer VB-630

The Verdun Black mini julienne slicer belongs to the Verdun Black series, a line of kitchen tools finished in a uniform black for a clean, monotone kitchen. Use it to julienne daikon radish, carrots, cucumbers, and similar vegetables.

The ultra-thin blade is set to cut in both directions, so a light push-and-pull motion slices quickly. The compact size is easy to handle, and the arched handle shape is comfortable to hold without straining the wrist.

The resin body is made from heat-resistant resin that can go in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. It measures 20.5 x 5.5 x 2.1 cm (8.1 x 2.2 x 0.8 in) and weighs 37 g (1.3 oz / 0.08 lb).
