Shimomura Verdun Black Garlic Mincer VB-618

This garlic mincer is part of the Verdun Black series, a line of kitchen tools finished in matte black, designed to give the kitchen a clean, monotone look. Moving the handle back and forth minces garlic cloves inside the mincer, and a holder guards your hand so you do not touch the garlic directly, keeping the smell off your fingers.

The holder also has a built-in brush for quickly sweeping out the minced garlic. The resin parts are heat resistant and can be washed in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.
